The Well Site Supervisor – In Training is responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team (Hypercare, Engineering, Contractors, and Service Companies) to safely deliver world-class wells at the Well Site. During well execution, the Well Site Supervisor drives engagement across the team, using a project management approach to lead through others and achieve exceptional outcomes.
