Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management – Assist in tracking stock levels, updating inventory systems, and ensuring inventory accuracy across platforms.
• Warehouse Operations Support – Work closely with the warehouse manager on daily operational tasks, including:
  • Setting up wave bills
  • Tracking return and refund orders
  • Supporting outbound and inbound operations
• E-commerce Platform Operations (Shopee & TikTok Shop) – Manage and update product listings, support campaign sign-ups and promotion settings, assist with pricing, vouchers, and platform tools during sales periods, assist with affiliate outreach and coordination, track deliverables ...
