Responsibilities

• Monitoring production output and schedule to fulfill customer’s demand.
• Supervise and schedule welder and operator daily activities as required to achieve production daily output target.
• Coordinate with coordinator for production planning as per customer demand.
• To train welder for understanding of customer requirement.
• Involved in continues improvement activities.
• Monitor of daily consumable usage and stock and raised PR for purchasing if stock is low.
• To train and find correct method and technic of performing work.
• To find a correct working method for new project development and work out with engineer for new work instruction.
• To improve and provide production fabrication cycle time to marketing on new project and monitor cycle time at production as recorded.
• Monitoring of employee attendance and overtime plan.
