**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Lead Actively supports production goals by maintaining continuous flow on the production floor.
+ Independently maintains CAT record and process certifications.
+ Verifies and maintains accurate product documentation throughout the assembly process including part numbers, serial numbers, heat lots, product codes, dates, and employee signoff.
+ Ensures product and process quality is maintained through visual inspection and testing as required.
+ Organizes, cleans, and maintains good housekeeping through utilization of 5S principles.
+ Takes initiative to troubleshoot and problem-solve production issues.
+ Enters data into the Oracle system and performs computer transactions, as appropriate.
