Job Title: Production Supervisor – Welding Operations (MIG / TIG / Robotic)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations with primary oversight of the Weld Department, including MIG, TIG, and robotic welding processes. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety compliance, and on-time delivery are consistently met.
