EPCI contact for OSS and HVDC converter station have been signed off on May 02nd 2024 between RTE and the consortium.
A high-level project program for the CM1-CM2 EXC/ISL is presented below
Design phase CM1/CM2 EXC and ISL: 02/05/2024 – 31/12/2025
Fabrication CM1 EXC (Offshore section): 01/11/2024 – 31/01/2028
Fabrication CM2 EXC (Offshore section): 01/11/2025 – 30/05/2030
SCOPE OF WORK
1/ Technical support to Employer for Welding engineering topics
This includes,
Review and comments of EPCI Contractors proposed procedures likely:
Welding book (including WPQR booklet & WPS)
Weld map
Welding production testing plans
Welding consumable procedure
(This shall include necessary knowledge on welding, as well as materials aspects).
