Welder / Fabricator – Dereham (Full-Time, On-Site)

We’re currently recruiting for a Welder / Fabricator to join a well-established team based in Dereham.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys seeing a job through from start to finish.

The role:

Carrying out MIG and TIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel
Fabricating components to required specifications
Reading and interpreting 3rd angle engineering drawings
Ensuring all work meets quality standards and customer requirements
Finishing and dressing completed work to a high standard
Working closely with colleagues and following supervisor instructions
What we’re looking for:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in welding and fabrication
Confident working with both MIG and TIG processes
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
