Sletten Construction is looking for Welder/Fabricators to support current construction projects. The Welder is
responsible for assisting the shop and construction teams to complete projects requiring welding and other tasks.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test as well as a weld test.

Duties and Responsibilities

+ Performing welding tasks on construction sites as well as in the shop

+ Utilize equipment to unload, stack, and organize steel materials

+ Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs and materials usage

+ Effectively communicate with team members, vendors, and clients

+ Work with Foreman to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise

+ Perform equipment repair

+ Ensure welds meet required standards and specifications

+ Identify and correct any defects or deficiencies

+ Assist other craft workers as needed
