**Job Description**
This role focuses on fabricating and assembling overhead bridge and hoist cranes using MIG and flux core welding in an industrial job shop environment. You will interpret blueprints and verbal instructions, set up and operate a variety of fabricating machines, and ensure all work meets precise specifications and quality standards. The position offers a weekend shift schedule with a shift differential and flexibility to complete a full-time workweek.

**Responsibilities**

+ Fabricate and assemble overhead bridge and hoist cranes according to job orders, blueprints, and verbal instructions.
+ Develop layouts and plan the sequence of operations, applying knowledge of trigonometry, stock allowances for thickness, machine and welding shrinkage, and physical properties of metal.
