**Job Description**
This role focuses on forming, fitting, and welding components for plows and other heavy equipment attachments by working directly from blueprints and detailed work instructions. You will use MIG welding techniques in a clean, production-oriented shop to fabricate high-quality products that meet precise specifications.

**Responsibilities**

+ Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions to determine daily welding and fabrication tasks.
+ Form, fit, and weld components for plows and heavy equipment attachments according to specifications.
+ Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal parts, ensuring strong, clean, and accurate welds.
+ Set up, operate, and adjust welding equipment and tools to meet production requirements.
