**Job Title: Welder**

**Payrate:** $31 to $41 per hour (depending on experience)

**Shift:** 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday

**Job Description**

This role focuses on welding aluminum shapes to vacuum-tight standards for highly precise, mission-critical components used in advanced technology applications. You will work in an extremely clean, production-oriented environment, using your welding expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to quality to produce parts that meet stringent specifications and performance requirements.

**Responsibilities**

+ Select, install, and adjust welding tips and shielding components to achieve optimal weld quality.
+ Install and replace gas tanks, and set up filler wire according to the required weld type and assembly specifications.
+ Secure parts and assemblies using clamps and custom fixturing to ensure accurate alignment and stability during welding.<...
