**Job Title: Welder**
**Job Description**
This role involves performing high-quality MIG and TIG welding, along with grinding and finishing work, on a variety of materials and parts in a contract manufacturing job shop. You will work with both manual and robotic welding equipment in a larger manufacturing environment, supporting a changing mix of projects from week to week.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG welding on 14–18 gauge material in flat and horizontal positions according to job specifications and quality standards.
+ Perform TIG welding on mild and stainless steel in flat and horizontal positions, ensuring clean, structurally sound welds.
+ Load and unload parts from a robotic welder safely and efficiently, following established procedures.
+ Interpret and work from blueprints or weld symbols to complete welds accurately and consistently.
