**Job Description**

Join our team as a MIG Welder to work on AG/Cultivation equipment. This role involves welding and fabricating tractor parts in a dynamic and busy manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform welding and fitting tasks, focusing on thick steel and hot welding.
+ Comfortably engage in fabrication tasks and set up own welding machine.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and recognize weld symbols.
+ Lift up to 50 lbs and adjust machine heat settings as required.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in MIG welding and fitting.
+ Ability to read blueprints and recognize weld symbols.
+ Comfortable with fabrication tasks.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience with forklift operation, bills of lading, and shipping/receiving.
+ Proficiency with fabrication equipment such as drills and presses.
