**Job Title: TIG Welder**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team on the 1st shift. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across multiple departments as needed, focusing on TIG welding on stainless steel, particularly around 16 gauge. You will work with dairy and pharmaceutical grade steel, utilize fabrication equipment, interpret blueprints, and grind and polish small welds using hand and power tools. Maintaining and cleaning the work area is also a key part of this role.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform TIG welding on thin gauge stainless steel.
+ Work directly from blueprints.
+ Engage in fabrication tasks including grinding, polishing, and use of brake press as needed.
+ Weld on food and beverage products such as cabinet washers, tanks, pressure systems, and tunnel washers.
