Job Description

This role focuses on welding and fabricating a wide range of structural and miscellaneous steel components, including columns, beams, trusses, bracing, stairs, rails, ladders, and frames. You will use multiple welding processes to produce high‑quality structural welds that meet industry codes while working from blueprints and layout instructions in a busy fabrication environment.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate structural and miscellaneous steel members such as columns, beams, trusses, vertical and horizontal bracing, stairs, rails, ladders, and frames.
• Perform MIG welding and other structural welding processes to join and assemble steel components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layouts to determine weld locations, dimensions, and fabrication requirements.
