**Job Title: Welder Fitter**
**Job Description**
This role involves performing TIG and MIG welding on a variety of assemblies, supporting a journeyman welder with fit-up and fabrication, and working from blueprints to produce high-quality welded components. You will work with exotic materials and various thicknesses while using fixtures, weld symbols, and proper documentation practices to ensure consistent, traceable results on-site in El Cajon, CA.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform TIG and MIG (GTAW and GMAW) welding on a wide range of assemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications.
+ Assist a journeyman welder with fit-up and fabrication tasks, including positioning and aligning components prior to welding.
