Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a Welder / Fabricator for our client, a custom industrial equipment and fabrication shop, in NW Portland, OR. This position supports the fabrication of large and complex industrial machinery weighing up to 100,000 lbs. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with structural and custom fabrication work, blueprint reading, and multi-process welding in a job shop environment.

Pay & Schedule
Pay: $28-$38/hour DOE
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
• Perform welding using Hardwire MIG, Fluxcore, TIG, and Stick processes based on project requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
• Use grinders, torches, saws, and fabrication tools to prepare materials for fit-up and welding
• Tack, fit, and weld assemblies while maintaining dimensional accuracy
