An engineering company located on the outskirts of Colchester are recruiting for a Welder / Fabricator to join their growing team.
This will be paying between £14 - £17 per hour, depending on experience. This will lead to a permanent position after the successful 3-month probation period.
What does the role involve?
As a Welder / Fabricator, you will be required to MIG weld structural steel, balcony frames, acoustic enclosures, railings plus much morePlate fitting with the thickness of welds between 15 - 20mmReading from technical drawingsAssisting with general workshop duties as requiredWorking closely with the fabrication team & project managers to hit deadlines
Candidate requirements:
