**Job Title: Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled welder who will be responsible for performing MIG welding on carbon steel components, welding and fabricating various steel components, and ensuring precision and quality in all tasks.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG welding on carbon steel components (primary process).
+ Weld and fabricate components including plate, structural steel, and rolled steel.
+ Interpret and weld to prints, blueprints, and weld symbols.
+ Fabricate, fit, and weld parts and assemblies to specification.
+ Support both custom fabrication projects and repetitive/production work.
+ Set up fixtures, jigs, and welding equipment as needed.
+ Inspect welds visually and dimensionally for quality and accuracy.
+ Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and shop best practices.
+ Assist with basic layout, grinding, finishing, and material handling as required.
