**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Perform welding and fabrication to repair and maintain plant equipment
+ Safely operate welding machines, cutting torches, and hand tools
+ Inspect equipment and welds to ensure quality and operational reliability
+ Identify repair needs and support maintenance activities to reduce downtime
+ Follow all safety standards and work collaboratively with plant teams

**What Are We Looking For**

+ Demonstrated ability to perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding safely and accurately
+ Capability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
