**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team, responsible for welding small and large manufacturing machinery and equipment. This role requires the ability to read and understand assembly prints, pick lists, weld blueprints, and sales and shop orders. You will also utilize overhead cranes to move product around the plant.

**Responsibilities**

+ Complete MIG welding on small and large manufacturing machinery and equipment.
+ Read and understand assembly prints, pick lists, weld blueprints, and sales and shop orders.
+ Utilize overhead and jib cranes to move pre-welded materials or finished products.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in MIG welding techniques.
+ Ability to read blueprints and understand fabrication processes.
