**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**

The Welder-B position requires either MIG or TIG aluminum welding on anodized or mill-stock aluminum substrates. After the initial training period, welders will be required to perform their duties with a high degree of quality, inspect their work and correct any defects within the given takt time. The assembly line process requires teamwork. Each person in our process is critical for our success and is required to maintain an acceptable attendance rate.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Welds TIG or MIG
+ Positions and arranges parts and components for welding
+ Modifies parts for fit and function as required
+ Inspects work and fix as required
+ ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

**_EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:_**

+ Minimum Degree Required: High School diploma or equivalent
+ Preferred Degree: Welder certification preferred
