**Job Title: Welder and Fabricator (MIG/Stick)**

1st shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm, overtime available on a voluntary basis

Pay up to $28/hr

**Essential Skills**

+ At least 3 years of welding experience with MIG and Stick processes in a production or similar environment.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude
+ Ability to read blueprints or a solid general understanding of print reading for layout and fabrication.
+ Proficiency in fabrication work, including tight-tolerance measurements and accurate layout of angles and dimensions.
+ Skilled use of measuring tools such as dial calipers and tape measures to verify dimensions and tolerances.
+ Hands-on experience with cutting, fabricating, bending, and fitting steel components
