**Job Description**

This role offers the opportunity to apply your welding and metal fabrication skills every day in a modern production environment. You will work on a wide variety of products, including tillage equipment, storage tanks, fertilizer spreaders, HVAC equipment for ethanol plants, and other custom metal products. Because the product mix changes regularly, you can expect variety in your work from week to week while contributing to high-quality, large-scale fabrication projects.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG welding on agricultural and custom metal equipment using wire feed processes.
+ Interpret and work from blueprints and layout drawings to accurately fabricate products.
+ Collaborate with other welders and team leads to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
