Engage in welding, standard assembly BPU or operating machines for manufacturing machine units for customers. Provides input for planning and engineering. Monitors and reports production abnormalities, takes improvement and corrective actions under supervision, and guides junior operators to improve their skill.

• In accordance with the requirements of production process and work order: maintain safety and efficiency in production.
• In strict accordance with the SOP/working instructions.
• Perform in-process checks according to quality requirements.
• Rework the labor worksheets and submit them.
• Monitor and report abnormal situations during daily work.
• Participate in daily improvement activities.
• Provide guidance and training to junior operators.
