**Description:**

Provides Wellness Center support through monitoring of weight room, new member orientations, customer service and facility maintenance and assisting at front desk. Adheres to Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare’s performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Supervises the weight room and monitors the membership sign-in log to ensure active memberships
+ Monitors for safe use of equipment, intervening and educating members as needed
+ Enforces Wellness Center policies and procedures
+ Offers tips and suggestions to help members improve their exercise programs
+ Provides orientations to new members
