Duties and Responsibilities

• Data capturing and completion of various reports i.e. Diesel report, Yams, ASMS/Maintenance job cards
• Assist with dispatch operations
• Scheduling & verifying loads according to orders
• Analyze the order & quantities required for each job
• Maintain the records of all orders received, dispatched correctly; accurately ensure all delivery notes are signed, etc.
• Report any dispatch & related problems to the immediate superior immediately
• Any other reasonable & lawful work‑related instruction & given to the employee by an authorized person
• Adhere to all SHE rules and regulations that are applicable on the site e.g. Induction Training
• Adhere to the Quality Assurance responsibility during the production process by constantly monitoring & evaluating that a computerized maintenance strategy i...
