In this role, you will routinely use molds and presses to produce first part and regular production parts efficiently and with minimal supervision. You will work on manufacturing assignments, following written procedures, where recognizing deviations from accepted practice is crucial. The position requires teamwork and the ability to collaborate well with co-workers.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up, operate, and monitor calendering equipment to produce sheet, roll, or layered materials to exact specifications.
+ Ensure material quality, consistency, safety, and proper documentation within a production environment.
+ Monitor material flow to ensure uniformity, smoothness, and absence of defects.
+ Inspect materials using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments.
