Trio Home Healthis seeking a compassionate and skilledRegistered Nurseto join our teamPRN / Per diemcompleting admissions for our newHome Healthpatients in theDenton, TXand surrounding areas primarily on theweekends.


The primary functions of this role are to perform admissions and administer nursing care for patients of all ages in their place of residence, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary group, patient/family, and referring agency, and assume the responsibility for coordination of care.

Requirements


+ Education: Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
