Weed management, Pest & Disease Management in Rice
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prioritize, plan, manage and follow-up all herbicide field trials and Insecticide and Fungicide Trials for rice (in house and outsourced)Analyze the results, provide judgement, and lead further action regarding global, regional, and local projectsOrganize the project meetings with Product team, Technical support team, RS and GF to discuss the plan, the progress and the direction of herbicide projectsCooperate with the RS in order to obtain fast and appropriate pesticide registrationsSupport local Technical support team through the technical knowledge and field or lab trialsIn the field season, give instruction or advice to field agronomists in order to correctly carry out the relevant trialsActively communicate with and support Korea teams as a NEA ASMTrain commercial team by techn...
