+ Applications maintenance and support for CRM Application of one of leading money transfer Organization.

+ Perform root cause analysis of Incidents/problems, identify and implement permanent fix

+ Possess technical and application knowledge to provide estimates for development tasks.

+ Identify and explore opportunities to deliver new solutions through technological advanceswithin a technical domain

+ Understand the requirements, create and document business process flows and work with theTeam to develop Product accordingly.

+ Create, code, test, modify and install programs for a host of applications.

+ Code Review to drive the use of Best Practices, Standards and Guidelines.
