Overview

The Web Publishing, Content Governance & Analytics Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end operational integrity, governance, and performance of content across OTPP-owned digital channels. This role ensures that content is accurate, current, compliant, measurable, and scalable, supporting both human and AI-driven discovery.

Responsibilities

1. Web Publishing Operations (Enterprise Scope)
   • Own and execute error-free publishing across all OTPP-owned digital channels, including external website (OTPP.com), corporate intranet, OTPP-owned social platforms and distribution channels.
   • End-to-end content publishing using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related Adobe platforms.
   • Ensure all published content adheres to established editorial, brand, accessibility, legal, and compliance standards.
   • Manage publishing workflows, approvals, versioning, and release timing.
