Position Overview

 Title: Weapon Engineer 
 Job ID: Location:  Land - Jalan Boon Lay, SG 
 Description: Design, develop and test innovative Large Calibre weapon systems, as well as modify or upgrade existing products to enhance performance or resolve obsolescence issues. Delivered products must balance performance, safety, manufacturability, reliability, maintainability and cost, requiring the weapon engineer to collaborate closely with various organisational stakeholders. The weapon engineer will have to utilise egineering software to create models, assemblies, detailed drawings as well as perform simulations. Typical tasks includes:
Study of requirement or task prior to commencement of design

Present design concepts for design review and discussion

Assess the design based on performance, safety, manufacturability, reliability and maintainability
