Kootenay Savings Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wealth Management Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct leadership to the Investment Specialist Team and operational support to the Investment Division. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth, effective day‑to‑day operations of the Wealth Management function, while supporting Investment Advisors and enabling strong client outcomes. Acting as a central liaison between the credit union and the investment referral process, the Team Lead helps connect internal partners, streamline referrals, and ensure a seamless experience from initial engagement through to advice delivery. The role also supports the sales and servicing of investment and insurance solutions, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the division.
