As a **Wealth Management Advisor** , you will develop a high-quality wealth management practice by managing and deepening relationships with an established book of high-net-worth clients. You will:
+ Partner with clients to understand their goals and deliver tailored financial strategies, always acting as a fiduciary and in their best interests
+ Serve as the primary financial contact, navigating complex situations and guiding clients through and into retirement
+ Proactively grow your practice by expanding existing relationships and engaging TIAA's full wealth management capabilities
+ Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive recommendations and anticipate client needs
