What you will do
The HR Manager role is to cover the assigned business vertical as HRBP with a focus area to build the right capability to grow the business in the Philippines.
The role also supports the Country HR Manager to engage employees through timely interventions and engagement activities.
How you will do it
STRATEGIC PARTNER
- Understands the various aspects of the business including products and services, competitors, financial reports, goals, strategies, and business development, to determine business needs.
- Aligns the people-related strategies to business goals and objectives.
- Acts as consultant to line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
