About the role

We have an exciting opening for an Agile Coach to join our Ways of Working team. The Way of Working team is made up of a group of amazing people, who help iterate and learn through developing mindsets and toolsets. They are passionate about delivering better, sooner and safer for our customers and our teams and lean into change and transformation.

As an Agile Coach, you'll help us adopt and embed practices to empower our people and enable them to think and work in a modern way. We prefer practices like agile, scrum, lean and design thinking, but we know that great teams need to be flexible so other practices get used too.
