Job Description
A temporary water treatment facility in the Monroe/Rayville, Louisiana area is seeking a Water Treatment Operator to manage the daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of systems utilizing pressure filtration and reverse osmosis (RO) processes. This role ensures treated water meets all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements while maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. This is a full-time position that will require shift work and participation in an on-call rotation (7 days on, 7 days off, night shift). Shifts will be 12-hours, and consultants will be paid 1.5x overtime for hours above 80 hours/2 weeks, and on holidays worked. The pay range for this position is between $33.00 - $40.00/hour, and will be determined based on technical qualifications and years of experience.
