Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and safety-conscious Water Sports Instructor to join our team.

You will be responsible for leading and teaching various water-based activities such as kayaking, paddleboarding, windsurfing, jet skiing, parasailing, and more.

Your role is to ensure that guests have a fun, educational, and safe experience on the water.

Key Responsibilities: Instruct individuals and groups in water sports activities, adapting lessons to suit different skill levels.

Ensure all participants understand and follow safety procedures and use equipment properly.

Set up, maintain, and store water sports equipment.

Monitor weather and water conditions to ensure safe operation at all times.

Provide excellent customer service, encouraging participation and building guest confidence.

Respond to emergencies quickly and appropriately; administer basic first aid and CPR if needed.
