Manage day-to-day communication with customer IT team and relay questions to Sagemcom IT architects
Maintain IT infrastructure for Sagemcom Software Suite deployment (VM / OS / Network configuration)
Perform IT Level 2 support on test and production platforms: monitoring, troubleshooting, resolution of problems/incidents
Provide IT support to system integration team
Escalate to Level 3 support

Install and configure new releases of Sagemcom Software Suite on test and production servers
