Responsibilities and Job duties

• Prepares project budgets and analyze operational issues; responsible for financial impact of the operating business units assigned.
• Attend job walkthroughs; coordinates with other MPS Group operating divisions to provide quality services and excellent customer services.
• Prepares and presents proposals to clients.
• Staffing and development of Project Managers and support staff with hands on activities related to safety, hiring, training, directing work, performance management, compensation and rewards, discipline and problem resolution.
