As Waste Solutions Manager, you’ll lead the strategic direction, governance, and commercial performance of Council’s waste minimisation and solid waste portfolio.

Working alongside iwi, hapū, community groups, businesses, and sector partners, you’ll help drive the shared vision of a Waste Free Tairāwhiti through collaboration, innovation, and long‑term thinking.

From infrastructure planning and investment decisions to behaviour change and resource recovery initiatives, this role has a direct impact on the environmental, social, and economic future of our region.
