Responsible for assisting passenger car service providers in the region in handling customer complaints about quality assurance and handling various technical and non-technical issues.
Responsible for handling pre‑audit of passenger car claim reports within the region, implementing agent feedback on claim reports, etc.
Responsible for project control within the region, conducting research and feedback on frontline market data.
Responsible for providing feedback, following up, and promoting the resolution of special event data within the region.
Responsible for claims accounting: verifying and organizing accounts payable for distributors, and verifying and organizing accounts receivable for claims from OEMs.
Regularly inspect and supervise the scrapping of claims.

More than 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, with an engineering background.
