Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end warranty and return merchandise (RMA) process Handle supplier claims, repairs, replacements, and credit note recovery Monitor and reconcile defective, repaired, and replacement stock Ensure accurate inventory processing and ERP system updates Maintain SLA compliance and reduce warranty-related losses Compile and present warranty and stock reports to management Liaise with suppliers, warehouse, finance, logistics, and sales teams Investigate trends and identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce stock shrinkage Minimum Requirements Graduate – BComm or BBA qualification 1+ years’ experience within inventory control, distribution, or warehouse environments Strong ERP systems exposure Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly E...
