Role Overview

We are seeking a process driven and solutions-focused Warranty Analyst to join our Group Aftersales team. This role acts as the conduit between the Volkswagen Group factories and the EMD dealer network, to ensure factory processes are being adhered to. You will also be providing comprehensive support to the EMD Dealer Network across the Audi, Volkswagen, ŠKODA, and CUPRA brands on all warranty related matters.
