Description
What You’ll Be Doing As a Warranty Admin Assistant (Retail) , you'll be handling warranty claim submissions, tracking payments and credit notes, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth process flow.
- Review, validate, and submit warranty claims accurately and on time
- Ensure repair orders and supporting documents are complete to speed up approvals and reimbursements
- Prepare warranty and technical reports required by BYD / Denza
- Track warranty settlements, including returns, payments, and credit notes
- Review manufacturer warranty payment statements and coordinate with Accounts Receivable
- Prepare and maintain monthly reports (summary, ageing, parts usage, WIP, rejection analysis, acceptance rate)
- Review repair orders to reduce claim rejections and prevent revenue leakage
