**Job Description**
This role is responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing materials, equipment, and other items within a stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard. The warehouse worker maintains accurate inventory records, ensures items are stored safely and accessibly, and supports smooth warehouse operations by following established procedures and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Receive incoming stock items and materials, ensuring accuracy in quantities and condition upon arrival.
+ Count stock items and record data manually or using a computer-based inventory system.
+ Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.
+ Verify inventory computations by comparing system records to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or correct errors as needed.
