It provides strong leadership through coaching, performance management, and succession planning while overseeing budget control, policy compliance, and process readiness. The position works closely with Business Development, Support, and Operations teams to implement business rules, safety protocols, and cultural integration, while actively managing customer engagement, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring operational continuity, efficiency, and readiness throughout the transition period.
