Position Overview
This will be a 1-year renewable position based in Tai Seng/Chai Chee
Responsibilities - Manage incoming shipment and perform visual and document checks
- Generate Goods Receipt Slip (GRS) and system transfers
- Monitor Store KPI reports (Weekly and Monthly)
- Update daily transaction data
- Updating receive/issue, data entry, item loan in/out, inventory monitoring & replenishment in SAP, WOS, TED and other related applications
- Issuing general/direct/indirect material/spares required to support operational needs
- Responsible for store inventories, ensuring integrity in terms of stocks
- Perform cycle-counts
- Liaise with requestor & provide feedback on parts & material issues
- Enforce a safe and clean work environment and operations (EHS safe work practices and 5S)
- Support Cycle counting and stock-take activities
