Warehouse Team Leader (Nights)
Location: DE74 2BB - Castle Donington
Shifts: Monday - Friday 22:00 - 06:30
Pay Rate: £17.30 ph based on 40 hour week

Our Client is seeking a Warehouse Shift Team Leader - a first line management role with responsibility for a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring that customer freight is loaded and unloaded safely and in accordance with appropriate work instructions and strategies.

As part of the leadership team you are required to communicate effectively with your teams in order to ensure they understand process / current priorities, are aware of new initiatives and alert to safety or quality issues.

Main Duties:

Operations: Ensure that freight is loaded, unloaded and administered in accordance with the warehouse operational procedures and within the defined timeframe.
